The present invention relates to shaved ice dessert containing fast-fermented bean paste; and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the manufacturing method of shaved ice dessert containing fast-fermented bean paste comprises the following steps: manufacturing a base which comprises milk, condensed milk, fast-fermented bean paste, and coconut milk; shaving ice; and adding the manufactured base and adzuki beans to the shaved ice to manufacture shaved ice dessert. According to the present invention, the consumption of fast-fermented bean paste is promoted by diversifying uses of fast-fermented bean paste, and consumers can take active ingredients of fast-fermented bean paste in a simple method, thereby maintaining the consumers health. Furthermore, consumers various preferences can be satisfied by adding new taste and flavor to shaved ice dessert, so the consumption of the shaved ice dessert is promoted. |
