A walking assistance device comprises: a first pattern display device for displaying a first walking point pattern for representing a position of a right foot of a wearer to be stepped in a state of the left foot of the wearer stepped and attached to the left shoe; and a second walking point pattern for representing a position of the left foot of the wearer to be stepped in the state of the right foot of the wearer and attached to the right shoe. The walking assistance device can relieve the symptoms of walking freezing during the walking of a patient having walking disability.
