The present invention relates to an underground navigation system using a speaker to output a location signal. The invention is configured to install speaker units which outputs a voice signal and a location signal at a certain location of an underground area respectively; outputs a location signal at a certain period of time from the speaker units respectively; receives the location signal with a sensor receiving the location signal, wherein the sensor is carried by a user to receive the signal; and the sensor detects the location signal and outputs location information through voice from a speaker using a program, thereby the invention being able to easily guide a direction in an underground area when an expected direction of traveling is inputted.
