PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a response signal characteristic having a degraded transmission characteristic, when ARQ is applied for communication using an uplink unit band and a plurality of downlink unit bands associated with the uplink unit band.SOLUTION: The number of PUCCH resources is 3 and the number of error detection results is 3. For two out of the three error detection results, the number of the PUCCH resources indicating only ACK or only NACK is 1 in all of a plurality of phase points.
