DORMANCY IMPLEMENTATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SMALL BASE STATION

Disclosed are a dormancy implementation method and device for a small base station. The method comprises: acquiring the number of small base stations in a heterogeneous wireless network, and determining all possible base station on/off strategies according to the obtained data of the small base stations; calculating the gross earning of the heterogeneous wireless network for each of the determined base station on/off strategies according to the transmitting power of each base station in the heterogeneous wireless network and the cost loss of the heterogeneous wireless network; and acquiring an optimal base station on/off strategy according to the gross earning of the heterogeneous wireless network corresponding to each base station on/off strategy, and controlling on/off of the small base stations according to the obtained optimal base station on/off strategy.
