PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely observe the present condition of blood capillary or the like of an eyeground blood vessel by photographing a pulse pressure at any moment in the imaging of the eyeground and also highly serve for accurate estimation of changes in the condition by setting pulse pressure conditions for the eyeground photographing so that exact changes can be clarified between the preceding and current operations to ensure imaging under the same conditions. SOLUTION: A pulse pressure is detected by a sphygmomanometer 5 and a grip sensor 5' and inputted into a control circuit 4 to produce a pulse pressure waveform on a screen of a monitor 9 so that a reference line is shown at a peak position automatically detected. A delay time is inputted by numeric keys 8 of a photographing time setting board 8 from the pulse pressure peak time or a cursor line on the pulse pressure waveform is moved by a cursor line moving key 8 to set the photographing time. After the positioning of a retinal camera 1 with a joystick 6 or the like, an imaging button 7 is depressed to check a pulse pressure data always detected by the control circuit 4. Thus, the eyeground is automatically photographic awaiting the pulse pressure of the set period inputted to be displayed on the monitor together with a photographic moment data.
