PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device capable of rotating granular materials such as ceramic particles in a vessel only by vibration imparted to the vessel. SOLUTION: The stirring device is composed of a feed vessel 2 for a material to be stirred, at least the bottom 2a of which is formed circular arc like, a supporting base 3 supporting two places A and B of the feed vessel 2 for the material to be stirred, which are apart from each other in the circular arc direction, a vibration generator 4 for imparting vibration to the supporting base and grounded legs 5 absorbing the vibration of the supporting base 3 and is constituted so that the vibration generated by the vibration generator 4 is efficiently imparted to the vessel 2 through the supporting base 3 to impart driving force to the materials to be stirred such as the ceramic particles in a fixed direction and to cause the materials to be stirred such as the ceramic particles to generate required rotational movement with the driving force as power source.
