PURPOSE: An equipment for cutting and mixing compost is provided to shorten fermentation time, produce good quality compost and prevent spreading of bad smell. CONSTITUTION: The equipment(10) is characterized by comprising the parts of: a rotating axis(1), set in a length direction inside the compost, having an air passage in its inside, which rotates to cut and mix compost, and moves in left-to-right and front-to-back direction along a guide rail(21) and front-to-back rail(22), respectively, to mix the whole compost; a blade wing(2), set on the circumference of the axis, which has an air jet hole for jetting high-pressure air(gas) supplied from the air passage to cut compost and supply air to compost, and a cutting blade(5) at the edge of a blade positioned at a 180(or 90,120) degrees angle; a blocking rod(52), having a size less than an inner diameter of a longitudinal hole around the axis formed by rotation of mixer, placed to the other side of the wing along the axis, which passes compost through the gap between blocking rod and longitudinal hole without overload of compost on blocking rod and prevents high pressure air from the air jet hole from coming up to the longitudinal hole for air(gas) diffusion to compost. |
