PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film tray which is expanded from a state of compact fold to a state of service while maintaining a liquid circuit, and also to provide a medical appliance providing part. SOLUTION: The film tray 700 is provided for holding and storing a medical fluid circuit part. The film tray is used for holding and storing a circuit part of a liquid circuit which draws out body fluid from the inside to the outside of a patient's body and treats the body fluid. The film tray comprises a plurality of bases 101 and 102 connected by a hinge 104 swingably, and a plurality of part holding sections arranged on the bases 101 and 102 for holding the circuit part 110 from a state of retraction to a state of expansion of the bases 101 and 102 while maintaining the liquid circuit.
