PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy sauna system which effectively contributes to health by keeping a further high humidity when acquiring negative ions and far infrared rays emitted from ores to instantly stop the drying of the moisture on the surface of the body for the whole body as soon as a person enters a sauna room, to urge the perspiration from the core of the body, and at the same time, to prevent thirsty from occurring, and to stop the drying of the surface of the skin while removing the moisture in the body. SOLUTION: This sauna device is constituted of an intermediate-temperature high-humidity air generating fountain-like waterfall device, and a wall body which wraps an overall room by a radiant heat reflecting device. In this case, for the intermediate-temperature high-humidity air generating fountain-like waterfall device, the upper layer section of a bed is made into a bed for generating negative ions or far infrared rays and so forth, a floor heating device formed of a cinder concrete is installed on the lowermost layer, and in an intermediate layer section, ores such as tourmaline ore, obsidian ore, Hokutou stone, radium ore, maifanshi, and other ores are laid. Also, the intermediate-temperature high-humidity air generating fountain-like waterfall device includes negative ions comprising three pairs and far infrared rays or the like.
