PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suppressing game balls from being illicitly put out. SOLUTION: A Pachinko machine 10 is provided with a game area on its front face side and a putting out mechanism part on its rear face side. The putting out mechanism part is provided with: a tank for storing the game balls; a tank rail and a case rail for guiding the game balls led out from the tank; and a putting out device for putting out the game balls. The case rail is provided with a ball presence/absence detection means for detecting the presence/absence of the game balls, and a specific operation means which can be operated manually is provided on the side of the rear surface of the pachinko machine 10. On condition that a game ball enters a ball entrance means in a game area and the specific operation means is operated in the state of running out of the balls where the game ball is not detected by the ball presence/absence detection means, ball pulling out processing of putting out the game balls from the putting out device is carried out.
