PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal controlling tool bonding to a muzzle, composed of a minimum number of parts, effectively controlling the movement of the animal and having sufficiently high handleability. SOLUTION: The controlling tool is provided with a collar 2 detachably attachable around the neck of a dog D by adjusting the size according to the size of the dog D and a muzzle 4 movably inserted to the collar 2 through a connection ring 3 and holding the dog by encircling a part from the nose tip to the eye and the part near the base of the under jaw.
