PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device extracting and collecting operation medium mixing in a lubricating system and returning the same to an operation medium system and extracting and collecting lubricating oil mixing in the operation medium system and returning the same to the lubricating oil system, and an operating medium/lubricating oil collecting method for an power generating device. SOLUTION: In the power generating device introducing operation medium vapor generated by a vapor generator 11 to a turbine 13 to drive a generator 12 and feeding operating medium liquid condensed in a condenser 15 to the vapor generator 11 by a pump 16, and feeding lubricating oil to bearings 18, 19 of the generator 12 by a lubricating oil supply pump 20, the bearings 18, 19 are lubricated, lubricating oil is introduced to a lubricating oil tank 21, the operation medium liquid 107 and lubricating oil 106 are separated by specific gravity, the operating medium liquid is introduced to a heater 31, a generated operating medium vapor is returned to the condenser 15 with removing lubricating oil drop through the lubricating oil tank 21, and a separated lubricating oil at the lubricating oil tank 21 is returned to a lubricating oil circulating route 24.
