PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quick and safe jib overhanging work, by providing a jib connecting structure 30 held in a predetermined position, by regulating separation from a jib connecting shaft 14 of a jib base end part 8a in jib work, even if a slipping-out preventive pin 36 is not replaced. SOLUTION: This jib connecting structure has a jib connecting shaft 31 horizontally overhanging toward both sides of a boom tip party, a jib base end engaging part 32 engageable with and rotatably to the jib connecting shaft, a jib side guide piece 33 arranged in the rotational center vicinity of the jib base end engaging part, and a boom side guide member 35 having an inside guide surface 34 of a circular arc shape with the jib connecting shaft as the center and integrally structured with the boom tip part. The separation from the jib connecting shaft 31 of the jib base end engaging part 32 is regulated by allowing the jib side guide piece 33 to abut on the inside guide surface 34 of the boom side guide member 35 in a state of engaging the jib base end engaging part 32 with the jib connecting shaft 31.
