FIELD: gear wheels working processes and apparatuses. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of using finely sharpened cutters with profile of each cutter allowing work completely recess between teeth during one pass. Finely sharpened cutter has profile formed on end of stem in the result of crossing at least of one inclined surface, at least of two rear surfaces and upper surface and designed for forming complete profile of recess between teeth. One cutter or all cutters (is) are mounted on end surface of cutting head along circle; cutting end of cutter protrudes from end surface of cutting head. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of milling method by means of finely sharpened cutter. ^ 23 cl, 8 dwg |
