The present invention relates to a wire rope condition sensing system for a winch. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wire rope condition sensing system for a winch includes: a first proximity sensor configured to detect the rotation of a wire drum; a second proximity sensor configured to detect the rotation of the wire drum at a position where the second proximity sensor is spaced apart from the first proximity sensor; a length calculating unit configured to calculate a transfer length of the wire rope according to a value detected by each of the first and second proximity sensors; a tension sensor configured to detect the tension of the wire rope; and a control unit configured to detect and output the transfer length and tension of the wire rope. Accordingly, the wire rope condition sensing system for a winch may accurately measure the length of the wire rope which is wound around or unwound from the winch by providing a simple structure using the proximity sensors. |
