Method for determination of enrophloxacyne in biological objects includes stages of extraction, filtration, indication by means of thin-layer chromatography. One determines enrophloxacyne in different biological objects, uses as estragent mix of 1 N solution of hydrochloric acid and ethanol at ratio 2:1, with purification of extractions in acid-ethanol solution at cold by means of freezing, with re-extraction to chlophorm, additional purification with use of filling filter with filler (dewatered sulfuric sodium) with use of system of solvents in chromatographic chamber (ethanol-10% solution ammonium-benzol at ratio 10:5:3) and with induction with developing reagent (Dragendorf”s reagent). |
