PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel system for accessing an inside portion of a blood vessel wall such that venous reflux is brought into a proper state.SOLUTION: The system for accessing a portion of an inside of a blood vessel wall includes: a conduit mechanism 2 which is disposed at an endoluminal treatment site of a blood vessel, and which comprises a longitudinal axis, a proximal portion 4, an inclined surface extending along at least a length, a distal portion 5 forming a desired angle relative to the axis, a port 7 located along the inclined surface, and an internal lumen 6 extending from the proximal portion to the port; and a wall-tensioning mechanism 15 located at the distal portion of the conduit mechanism and positioned opposite to the peripheral direction with respect to the inclined surface. When the conduit mechanism is positioned at the treatment site and the wall tensioning mechanism is in an expanded state, a portion of the blood vessel wall at the treatment site is pressed by the inclined surface such that the portion of the blood vessel wall at the treatment site is disposed to fit along the inclined surface and form a desired angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
