PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer bobbin assembly where double insulation is applied to the outer surface, without requiring a complex forming die for spreading mold resin, and to provide a method of manufacturing a transformer where double insulation can be constituted without requiring a complex forming die.SOLUTION: A transformer bobbin assembly includes a primary coil 3 and a secondary coil 14 arranged side by side in the axial direction, a first housing body 23 capable of internally housing at least a part of the primary coil 3 and a secondary coil 14, a second housing body 27 capable of internally housing at least a part of the primary coil 3 and secondary coil 14, and capable of locking to the first housing body 23, an electrically insulating resin coating part formed on the outer surfaces of the first and second housing bodies 23, 27, and an electrical insulator 31 arranged in the first housing body 23 so as to be located between the primary and secondary coils 3, 14 and the first housing body 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
