PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method in which, about synthetic resin chopsticks, a printed matter hardly peels even when the chopsticks are washed by a washing machine, and a fixture capable of fixing the chopsticks during printing work, so that the chopsticks do not shake.SOLUTION: A surface of each of chopsticks 1 comprises a plane part, a recessed printing area whose depth is 50 micron is provided on the plane part, and screen printing in which ink thickness is 5-20 micron is performed in the recessed printing area. For fixing the chopsticks 1 during printing work, a fixture 4 forms thicker end parts of the chopsticks 1 into a polygonal or conical shape according to a shape of the chopsticks 1, so that the thicker end parts of the chopsticks 1 are fitted to the polygonal or conical shaped part, and the bodies of the chopsticks 1 are formed of a thicker guide body 5 and a thinner guide body 6, therefore rotation and lateral and vertical movements of the chopsticks 1 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
