A control valve, comprising: a gallery comprising a central axis; an outlet in communication with the gallery, the outlet having a longitudinal axis extending in a direction parallel to and laterally offset from the central axis of the gallery, wherein the longitudinal axis of the outlet and the central axis of the gallery do not intersect; and an inlet in communication with the gallery and comprising a longitudinal axis laterally offset from the central axis of the gallery, wherein the longitudinal axis of the inlet and the central axis do not intersect.
