PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an electronic apparatus operation using a portable terminal capable of improving the security strength of user authentication, and provide a portable terminal.SOLUTION: When a portable terminal acquires a confirmation message from a biometrics authentication device, the portable terminal sends, to a first confirmation unit, the movement direction of a contact position touched by a user on a touch screen. The first confirmation unit determines whether the movement direction of the contact position matches with a previously determined direction. When matching of the movement direction of the contact position with the previously determined direction is determined by the first confirmation unit, the portable terminal transmits an operation command to an electronic apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
