An embodiment of the present invention comprises a worker identification transmitter which is attached to an article to be worn including a safety helmet and a wrist band worn by a worker and has a unique ID; a workshop receiver which is arranged in each workshop, reads out the unique ID from the worker identification transmitter attached to the article when the worker wearing the article enters a workshop, and transmits the unique ID to a workforce management server; a speaker which is arranged in each workshop; and the workforce management server which has the information of the workshop where the workshop receiver is arranged, recognizes whether the worker wearing the article is permitted in the workshop or not, and provides a warning through the speaker in the workshop and notifies a manger when the worker is not permitted in the workshop. The workforce management server includes a worker registration database which registers the permitted unique ID for each workshop; a danger warning database which stores danger warning voice for each workshop; and a server control unit which extracts the danger warning voice stored in the danger warning database and provides the warning through the speaker when the unique ID received from the workshop receiver is not registered in the worker registration database. An embodiment of the present invention can manage the registration, history, and career of the worker and facilitate personnel management of workers of partners or each process and occupational category and work condition management. |
