PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification broadcast receiver that uses an existing notification system to thereby enable a simple security management.SOLUTION: A notification broadcast receiver 3 is a notification broadcast receiver 3 that receives a notification broadcast signal transmitted from a center device 2 via a transmission line 91 and broadcasts the transmitted notification broadcast signal. The notification broadcast receiver 3 is configured to comprise: a detection part 35 that detects a state of a person in a monitor area; a determination part 39a that determines whether or not behaviour of the person in the monitor area looks abnormal on the basis of a detection result of the detection part 35; and an abnormality signal transmission part 30a that, when the behaviour of the person is determined abnormal by the determination part 39a, transmits an abnormality signal indicative of occurence of the abnormality to the center device 2 via the transmission line 91. |
