PURPOSE: A post for road facilities is provided to increase the durability of a structure and to heighten the safety against the traffic accident by reinforcing the bending strength of a post against external strength and absorbing the impact caused by a car crash, and to heighten the utilization of waste tires. CONSTITUTION: The post(10) for road facilities is composed of a metal pipe(12), and installed on the roadside to install road facilities such as a guide rail(16) or a road sign, wherein the metal pipe(12) is filled with a shock absorber(14) made with elastic rubber. The metal pipe(12) is composed of a galvanized steel pipe and the shock absorber(14) is formed by shaping waste tire chips under pressure.
