METHOD FOR PREPARING RECOMBINANT INHIBITOR OF ANGIOGENESIS FROM TRANSFORMED INSECT CELLS BY IMPROVING EXPRESSION STABILITY AND YIELD OF ANGIOGENESIS INHIBITOR IN INSECT CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a recombinant inhibitor of angiogenesis from the transformed insect cells is provided, which method is accomplished by improving the expression stability and yield of the angiogenesis inhibitor in the insect cells. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a recombinant inhibitor of angiogenesis from the transformed insect cells comprises the steps of: constructing a recombinant expression vector pMT/BiP/T-V5-His containing a gene encoding the recombinant angiogenesis inhibitor; transforming an insect cell with the recombinant expression vector pMT/BiP/T-V5-His; culturing the transformed insect cell and recovering the recombinant angiogenesis inhibitor; and purifying the recombinant angiogenesis inhibitor by subjecting it to chromatography using Ni-NTA resin, wherein the recombinant inhibitor of angiogenesis is tumstatin; and the insect cell is Drosophila melanogaster S2 or Trichoplusia ni(high five cell).
