PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow behavior prediction device, and a flow behavior prediction method and a flow behavior prediction program capable of reproducing a free surface shape of a molten resin material even in a steady snap shot analysis using a grating element method.SOLUTION: A flow behavior prediction device 10 for predicting a flow behavior of a fluid material kneaded by a screw type kneader includes: an analysis section 102 which creates screw-shaped data constructed by a plurality of elements on the basis of a grating element method using physical properties of a material, an operation condition of a plasticization apparatus and configuration data, performs a flow analysis in a steady state of the material in a filled state, and calculates a pressure value in each node constructing at least the plurality of elements; a determination section 103 which determines whether or not the material exists in each of the nodes on the basis of the calculated pressure values of each of the nodes; and an evaluation section 104 which sets a free surface position between a first node that is determined that the material exists and a second node that is determined that the material does not exist, connects the free surface positions, and creates the free surface shape of the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
