<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored matter manufacturing method in which an ink deposition amount and a stripe unevenness are suppressed, and to provide an inkjet recording device used for it. <P>SOLUTION: The colored matter manufacturing process repeatedly conducts, per scanning or color, the step of conducting a wettability improving process selected from the group consisting of plasma processing, corona processing, and frame processing on an ink giving surface, the step of giving ultraviolet curing type ink by an inkjet system to the processing surface, and the step of ultraviolet irradiating to the given ultraviolet curing type ink. Alternatively, the inkjet recording device has a processing unit for conducting the wetness improving process selected from the group consisting of the plasma processing, the corona processing and the frame processing, and a linear type ink head having linearly the ultraviolet curing type ink head and an ultraviolet irradiating unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
