PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably deliver update files to automatic transaction apparatus.

SOLUTION: An update file delivery apparatus delivers update files for updating files used in common in a plurality of automatic transaction apparatus to the plurality of automatic transaction apparatus via communication lines. The update file delivery apparatus acquires transaction apparatus information including individual installation state information on the installation state of each automatic transaction apparatus. Delivery timings of the update files to the plurality of automatic transaction apparatus are set according to the acquired transaction apparatus information. The update file delivery apparatus delivers the update files to the plurality of automatic transaction apparatus at the delivery timings thus set via the communication lines.
