<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded connector which can be manufactured easily, is advantageous in terms of cost, and can carry out stable assembling and a manufacturing method of the shielded connector. <P>SOLUTION: This shielded connector is equipped with an electric wire with a terminal wherein the terminal is connected to the end of the electric wire 25, a housing to house the terminal of the electric wire with the terminal, a shield shell 12 assembled to the housing, a braided conductor 14 externally arranged on the electric wire 25, and a shield ring 15 caulked to be electrically connectable by pinching the braided conductor 14 between the shield shell 12, in which the shield shell 12 is caulked by an effect that a core 51 having a stage part 55 formed on a counter extraction side so as to house a caulking deformed part 28 formed by caulking is inserted, and in which a core contacting part 29 to keep a gap by a stage between the core by contacting with the peripheral face of the core 51 is installed at a part other than the caulked part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
