PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display body and an article with a label, capable of attaining an excellent forgery preventive effect. SOLUTION: This display body 10 is provided with: a plurality of unit display parts arranged regularly and including displaying patterns DP1, DP2a or DP2b in each thereof, and a lens array including a plurality of lenses 122 arranged regularly and faced to the unit display parts, each unit display part includes a first unit display part for displaying a first image as the displaying pattern, and one or more of a second unit display parts for displaying a second image different from the first image as the displaying pattern, the displaying patterns DP1, DP2a, DP2b and the lenses 122 are arranged to display a composite image composed with a plurality of images displayed respectively by the displaying patterns DP1, DP2a, DP2b, with a moire effect generated by overlapping with the array thereof, and a magnified image of the second image is not displayed but one or more of magnified images of the second image is displayed, as the composite image.
