PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an energy saving and space saving, and at the same time, improve the number of work piece treatments in an adhesive coating. SOLUTION: A work piece carrier device 6 is provided with a pair of work piece holding clicks 11A, 11B, which are reciprocated integrally between a work piece supply-discharge part 2 and a work piece supporting part 4. In one round trip, the work piece holding click 11A conveys and supplies an inner cylinder 1 to the work piece supporting part 4 at an outward journey from the work piece supply-discharge part 2 toward the work piece supporting part 4, and the other work piece holding click 11B returns the inner cylinder 1 coated by the adhesive to the work piece supply-discharge part 2 to convey and supply at the homeward journey from the work piece supporting part 4 toward the work piece supply-discharge part 2.
