<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle-shaped container provided with two grips which can be easily held even when a plurality of containers are arranged with their barrel parts being abutted on each other, can prevent any slip-down of the container, and can change a part for holding the container. <P>SOLUTION: The bottle-shaped container is equipped with a mouth part, a shoulder part and a barrel part. The barrel part is formed of an upper barrel part and a lower barrel part which is expanded more than the upper barrel part.
