PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route information sharing system which enables all vehicles in a group to decide routes and obtain deviation states, and prevents any route of another vehicle from being affected even when a vehicle is deviated from its route. SOLUTION: In the system, an information management server includes: a means 1 which derives a plurality of candidate routes of information reaching a destination, based on input destination information, and transmits the plurality of candidate routes of information derived to all onboard systems; a means 2 which receives from all the onboard systems desired route information selected from the plurality of candidate routes by a user of each onboard system; and a means 3 which decides main route information based on the desired route information received by the means 2, and transmits the decided main route information to all the onboard systems. Each onboard system includes: a means 1 which receives the plurality of candidates of information transmitted by the information management server; and a means 2 which transmits the desired route information selected from the plurality of candidate routes by the user of the onboard system to the information management server.
