PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which serves for management of social infrastructures.SOLUTION: The information processor includes an infrastructure information acquisition part, an infrastructure information storage part, a user information acquisition part, a user information storage part, a management information storage part, an evaluation index calculation part, and an evaluation index storage part. The infrastructure information acquisition part acquires infrastructure information relevant to infrastructures about a prescribed region or district having a plurality of infrastructures. The infrastructure information storage part stores the infrastructure information. The user information acquisition part acquires user information of a user who uses an infrastructure. The user information storage part stores the user information. The management information storage part stores management information for managing the infrastructure or the user. The evaluation index calculation part calculates an evaluation index about the prescribed region or district on the basis of the infrastructure information stored in the infrastructure index calculation part, and the user information or the management information.
