PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control apparatus configured to allow a user to easily perform a touch operation, and a display control method.SOLUTION: A display control apparatus 1 includes: an operation information acquisition section 2 which acquires operation information on a user operation on an operation surface of a touch panel; and a control section 3 which controls display on the operation surface of the touch panel, including information display formed by superimposing layers including a component to be operated, on the basis of the operation information acquired in the operation information acquisition section 2, to control whether to validate/invalidate operations on each of the layers. The control section 3 confirms whether the component exists in a position on the operation surface where user starts touch operation, for each layer, and validates the operation on one of the layers where the component exists, while invalidating operations on the other layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
