The present invention relates to a liquid cargo storage tank and an offshore structure having the same. The liquid cargo storage tank, according to the present invention, comprises: a lower insulating wall which has a lower insulating panel; a lower barrier which is installed on the lower insulating wall; an upper insulating wall which is installed on the lower barrier and has an upper insulating panel and a top bridge panel; and an upper barrier which is installed on the upper insulating wall and welds multiple unit membrane sheets composed of normal membrane sheets and special membrane sheets. Thus, the present invention eliminates unnecessary weld lines and minimizes the number of doglegs.
