The present invention relates to a wheel grinding apparatus and, more specifically, to a vehicle wheel grinding apparatus for grinding a wheel applied to a tire of a vehicle. The wheel grinding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a wheel transfer unit which transfers a wheel to be positioned at a grinding position; a wheel fixing unit which fixes the wheel positioned at the grinding position; a sensing unit which detects the size of the transferred wheel; and a grinding means which grinds the wheel through an operation of a brush after the position of the brush is automatically controlled by controlling a control unit receiving a signal detected in the sensing unit.
