FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by plastic lubricants. Gear wheel comprises a body, a toothed rim with teeth and a pair of ring pads with inner diameters smaller than the diameter of the toothed rim bases, and outer diameters equal to the diameter of the circle of the toothed rim vertices fixed on the teeth ends and sections of the ends of the body adjacent to the rim. On sections of adjunction of the pads to the toothed rim recesses thickness of the pads is reduced, for which the pads on the side of their inner ends have cutouts with a profile similar to the profile of the toothed rim recesses. Surfaces formed in the pads by the cutouts and facing towards the outer ends of the pads are parallel to these ends.EFFECT: provided is higher quality of the gear wheel lubrication.1 cl, 3 dwg |
