FIELD: wood working industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly to production of particle boards. Transport system sorting chips involves installation of sorting chips, pneumatic transport system, area of grinding and belt conveyors. Transport system comprises cyclone and pneumatic chamber with vibrating sieve and fan for dust removal, mounted in front of scraper conveyor. Bottom scraper conveyor frame with sieves are arranged to reciprocate by crank gears. Drives of crank gears have electric motors with frequency converters for adjustment of oscillation frequency. Cell sieves comply with those for internal chips and impose layers.EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of chips sorting section.1 cl, 1 dwg |
