FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in coarse-grained toothed gears lubricated by plastic lubricants. Gear wheel comprises a body, a toothed rim with teeth, volumes of scallops between which not occupied during engagement by teeth of the conjugated wheel are filled with inserts fixed in them, and a pair of end face pads fixed on end faces of the body sections. Pads are adjacent to the toothed rim with gaps relative to the teeth end faces. Inserts have a length exceeding the toothed rim width by the value of dimensions of the pair of gaps between end faces of the toothed rim and the end face pads.EFFECT: provided is higher quality of the gear wheel lubrication.1 cl, 2 dwg |
