PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact on the saving of a moving image, even if there are problems in the surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A CPU17 extracts still images from still images and moving images recorded arbitrarily in a predetermined period (e.g., one day), among recording files recorded at that moment in time, at a predetermined time interval, and generates a time laps moving image having them as the frames. In other words, besides still images, frames of a timing corresponding to the predetermined time interval are extracted, in the moving image file, even when the moving image file is recorded at a timing corresponding to the predetermined time interval, and employed as the frame of a time laps moving image to be generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
