PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the calculation amount required for processing of identifying the coordinates of a reference point on the basis of a calibration image.SOLUTION: The shape measurement apparatus 10 comprises a computation device 22 for calculating positional data of a reference point for calibration on the basis of the image of a lattice pattern photographed by a photographing device 16. The lattice pattern comprises: a first straight line group including lines that are disposed at intervals in a first direction; and a second straight line group including lines that are disposed at intervals in a second direction crossing the first direction. The computation device extracts, from the photographed lattice pattern image, a first curve group corresponding to the first straight line group and a second curve group corresponding to the second straight line group. Then, the computation device extracts a first region including each first curve and a second region including each second curve. The computation device then identifies the coordinates of the intersection of each first curve and each second curve in the extracted first region and second region. |
