Three-dimensional body (1) in the form of a technical kit, especially in an egg or ball shape, comprises a defined number of spherical or almost spherical five- (2) and six-cornered elements (3) arranged on each other and engaging in each other. At least one coupling plate (5) and/or recess are arranged on each side of the five-cornered elements so that at least one coupling element per side engages in an opposite-lying recess in the directly opposite-lying side of an adjacent element. At least one coupling plate and/or recess is arranged on at least three sides of the six-cornered elements. An independent claim is also included for an alternative three-dimensional body. Preferred Features: The elements are made of an elastic material. The coupling plates and/or recesses are made of a different material to that of the elements.
