APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING WASTES FROM SCRAPPED MATERIALS IN RECYCLING SYSTEM OF WASTE MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating wastes of a recycling system of construction waste materials is provided to easily separate flexible wastes such as waste vinyl and waste clothes wounded in reusable aggregates from the aggregates. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus positioned in a predetermined position of a recycling system of construction waste materials for recycling construction waste materials into aggregates via a series of procedures and removing flexible wastes wounded in the aggregates having been crushed into a proper size comprises a pair of rotary shafts(10) positioned side by side at an interval, having a sprocket wheel(11) at both sides, respectively and rotating with a driving device; a pair of chains(20) connected to the corresponding sprocket wheels, respectively, and synchronizing with each other; a plurality of rods(30) positioned between two chains along circular directions thereof at an interval and having both ends connected to corresponding chains, respectively; and a plurality of needles(40) positioned at an interval along the longitudinal direction of the rods and separating flexible wastes wounded in aggregates.
