PURPOSE: A keyboard to adjust a height of keys is provided to make the keyboard slim and small by varying the height of the keys according to a use mode and an unused mode of the keyboard. CONSTITUTION: A key cap(25) is arranged on a base plate(20) in multiple rows, and is equipped with a character, a number, and a symbol on the top. A key elevation link comprises the first and the second link(32,36) supporting/elevating the key cap upwardly or downwardly by being connected across each other. A detection contact point(22) detects that the key cap is pressed by installing on a moving path of the first link on the base plate and selectively connecting to the first link. A recovery member(40) recovers the key cap to an original state after the key cap is pressed.
