A key sheet having a reduced thickness is produced by preparing a transparent resin film (3) of PC, PET, PU or the like having a thickness of 0.2mm or below, heating the film (3) in a state held between drawing molds (5, 10), drawing the film (3) to form concave parts at the positions corresponding to key tops (2), filling the concave parts with a filler (resin) (3b) to form pressing elements (4) on the underside of the film (3), and adhesive-bonding key tops (2) formed by resin molding or mold printing to the upper side of the resulting film (3) to form a key sheet constituted of the resin film (3), key tops (2) arranged on the upper side of the film (3), and pressing elements (4) arranged on the underside thereof.
