<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink server and a cleaning method thereof, by which easily, inexpensively and accurately confirmation of distribution state of a cleaning agent is allowed. <P>SOLUTION: The drink server includes at least one pipe (4, 5, 11) used for feeding the drink to a drink dispensing part, a cleaning agent supply means (9, 9a, 9b, 9c, 22, 23, 24, 25) for supplying a cleaning agent for at least partially cleaning the at least one pipe (4, 5, 11), a cleaning agent distribution detection means (A, A', B) for detecting the distribution state of the cleaning agent, and a management unit for managing a cleaning process.
