METHOD FOR OBTAINING PRESENCE INFORMATION OF AD-HOC BUDDYS, NETWORK DEVICE AND NETWORK SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING THE SAME

A method for confirming the status information of ad hoc body, a network device and a network system executing the method are provided to confirm presence information of a plurality of the ad hoc body through presence subscribe request. A first user terminal transmits a message requesting the presence information of a plurality of the ad hoc body to CSCF(Call Session Control Function). The message is transmitted to S(Service)-CSC(S401). The S-CSCF requests an IFC(Initial Filter Criteria) inquiry to the HSS(Home Subscriber Server). The HSS registers a routing route so that the message be routed based on the request URI to the first presence server(S402). The first presence server recognizes a respective second presence server managing the user terminal based on URI of the user terminal(S404, S405). A NOTIFY message is transmitted through S-CSCF to the first user terminal(S410, S411).
