PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable multilayer film which has high light shielding property, holds quality of content, has an appropriate mechanical property, and a high heat shrinkable property, and also to provide a heat shrinkable label setting the heat shrinkable multilayer film to be a base film. SOLUTION: In the heat shrinkable multilayer film, a front and rear layer containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer is laminated through a core layer containing the styrene-butadiene copolymer and titanium dioxide. The styrene-butadiene copolymer composing the front and rear layer contains a styrene component of 75-90 wt.% and a butadiene component of 10-25 wt.%, and Vicat softening temperature is 80-90°C. The styrene-butadiene copolymer composing the core layer contains a styrene component of 70-80 wt.%, and a butadiene component of 20-30 wt.%, while the Vicat softening temperature is 70-80°C, and also contains titanium dioxide of 8-40 wt.% for the gross weight of the heat shrinkable multilayer film.
